Orders are shipped by Express Post on Mondays or Tuesdays only, once your payments has been cleared. Shipping of orders may be delayed if the weather is extremely hot or cold. We will send you an email notifying you of any delays and also when your order is going to be shipped
Returns and Refund Policy
If you receive an insect that is no longer alive or dies within the first week please notify us within 24 hours and we will consider a replacement. Dead insects must be returned for a replacement to be issued.
If you do not follow up with Insectpets on any order that has not been delivered within 5 days of postage Insecrpets will not be responsible for any losses.
If you fail to collect your order from your Australia Post, Post Office or you provide the wrong address and the insects are returned to Insectpets in a deceased state there will be no refund issued.
The privacy of your customer data and orders is important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.
Insectpets reserves the right to alter pricing without notice.
Refunds for Change of mind, Or for orders made in Contravention of quarantine regulations as advised on the website. (ie. No sales to outside Australia. No sales of eggs or insects to WA without the appropriate permit. Sales of non-permitted eggs or insects to Tasmania without the appropriate permit.
Refunds for this category will be less ALL processing fees.
